Stranger Things' David Harbour (Jim Hopper) went from 270 lbs. to 190 lbs., losing 80 lbs. in just 8 months. He went from being the Police Chief to a Russian prisoner in the 80s and had to look the part BUT didn't love having to do it and said he won't do it again.
