GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. -- You're getting the book bag, the school supplies, and the first-day-of-school outfit all ready, but don't forget about something else.
Parents also need to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations on the first day of school.
Guilford County Department of Health and Human Services is scheduling Back-to-School vaccination clinics for rising Guilford County 7th graders.
- Saturday, August 4th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Saturday, August 18th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Both clinics will be held at 1100 E. Wendover Avenue in Greensboro and 501 E. Green Drive in High Point.
