You could own one of North Carolina’s most iconic houses, complete with a view of the Atlantic Ocean along the Outer Banks.
The house featured in “Nights in Rodanthe,” a 2008 movie starring Richard Gere and Diane Lane, has been listed on the market for $1.25 million.
According to realtor Frank Jakob, the home was purchased by Ben and Debbie Huss of Newton in 2009. After purchase, the home was moved from a treacherous spot at the north end of the coastal village after surf washed against the home’s steps. The house consistently earns over $125,000 in rental income each summer. Click here for more details from News 2
