Here's today's feel-good story:

Dr. Jane Goodall, world-renown primatologist, started a grassroots movement this week in which she aims to stop deforestation and replenish the world's dwindling stock of trees and forests.

The Trillion Trees Campaign aims to call on every person and business to plant and care for a tree in their backyard, rooftop, or community.

The website for the campaign states that they would like to inspire and educate “as the world nears a tipping point in the fight against climate change”.
