There's a new fashion trend in New England and Canada where you get your hair wet with hot water and then sit outside for hours and freeze your hair. You can win $$$$ for the best frozen hair pic and they encourage eyebrows and eyelashes being frozen as well. It's gonna be so cold in the Triad this weekend, you could do it here too....if ya wanted to. That's a no for me.
