Buddy:
Buddy, born approximately 7/22/2018, is a very handsome, classy black and white boy with the sweetest nose freckle, lovable belly that he loves for you to rub (his armpits too), and a lovely personality. He is 50% lazy couch potato, 50% playful ham! Buddy loves nothing more than he loves curling up next to you on the couch ready to binge-watch your favorite shows. His Batman-style mask makes him look way more serious than he is-he is actually quite silly when he's not being a couch potato. He loves to race around the house with his other kitty friends and would thrive in a home with another kitty or two. He also is quite talkative and will politely swipe at you to keep petting him if you start petting him then walk away before he's good and ready for you to. He has not had a good past when it comes to kids so he needs a home without children or the possibility of children. He LOVES his best buddy named Jack with whom he shares a home. Jack is FIV negative and Buddy has never passed the virus onto Jack even through typical rough-housing and play. It would be their dream come true if they could find a forever home together.
Jack:
Jack, born approximately 8/3/2020, is a dreamy, creamsicle, heartthrob who likes to play hard to get but really just enjoys the thrill of getting people to work for his affections. He is a great conversationalist and will talk to you about all of the things. He likes to take on the role of house security guard, posting up on the biggest window to keep a lookout for your property-alerting you to any funny looking activity during his watch. When he isn't busy keeping you and your family safe, he is most definitely looking for something or someone to play with. This active, athletic, orange tabby dude LOVES to play. He is a sucker for a good stringy wand toy, will chase the little red dot on the floor until he is panting to catch his breath, and will dive bomb all of your cardboard boxes and use them as forts. While Jack pretends he is shy, just a few interactions with his favorite thing (toys), will turn him into a fast friend. He would do great in a home with another playful kitty (or human-thinking responsible, really fun kids) to keep themselves entertained. Once Jack does warm up to you, he is a companion for life-he just wants to be someone's best buddy. He loves to zoom through the house like he's playing tag with an imaginary friend and will sneak attack you around any corner if you let him! He is super snuggly when he does finally wind down between playtime and will hold your gaze, lovingly slow-blinking at you, while you pet him until he falls asleep. Jack would love a forever home with other fun-loving, energetic kitties! Jack does have a best friend named Buddy who is FIV+ but has never passed the virus onto Jack even through typical rough-housing and play. It would be their dream come true if they could find a forever home together.
