Where To Receive A Coronavirus Vaccine Around The Triad

As more North Carolina counties move into Phase 1B of the state's coronavirus vaccine distribution plan, older residents are now getting the chance to receive their own vaccinations. Previously, vaccines were only available to health care workers treating COVID-19 patients and to staff and residents at longterm care facilities.

Each county's transition into Phase 1B will be independent and determined based on the available vaccine supply. While some county health departments are accepting appointments, others are available as first come first served. Regardless, appointments fill up quickly.
Listed below are the county health departments surrounding the Triad that are offering vaccines to the public. Some counties in the area may not have any vaccine information available.

  • Alamance County: Accepting appointments from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 336-290-0650.
  • Davidson County: No appointments available, but check the website for updates.
  • Davie County: Will hold additional vaccine clinics as supply allows.
