In less than a week, Davidson County Screen Printing raised more than $5,000 and sold more than 250 shirts.
"Ten dollars may not seem like a lot to start with," Plyler said. "But after talking with a few businesses owners they are thankful to get some income in to help with daily purchases to get them through these tough times."
Plyler says he is open to having local businesses outside of Lexington join his list of participating partners. He plans to keep the t-shirt campaign going until local businesses are safely able to reopen.
