GREENSBORO, N.C. — A magnitude 2.3 earthquake occurred in Guilford County around 1:29 am Tuesday morning. The epicenter was located about 2.5 miles NW of Forest Oaks, just off of I-85 and Wiley Lewis Road.
It was a relatively weak earthquake. A 2.3M earthquake is on the low end of the Richter Scale.
