GREENSBORO, N.C. — Starting Wednesday, you'll see digital picture frames popping up in businesses around Greensboro with new high-end photos of Guilford County Animal Shelter pets available for adoption.
The idea is the brainchild of shelter volunteer Jessica Mashburn.
"If folks are exposed to the animals and they are able to have a connection with them, with their eyes, they are more likely to want to go and meet that pet," she said.
