GREENSBORO, NC -- Florence could be one of the most serious storms to hit the Carolinas in its history. It's expected to be a major hurricane heading toward the coast on Thursday of this week. Even here in the Piedmont, we could have some serious weather with high winds and flooding if the storm tracks inland.
