DAVIDSON COUNTY, NC (WFMY) - A bike rider died in a hit-and-run accident just south of Thomasville Tuesday morning according to Davidson County officials.
Davidson EMS got the call about a wreck at the intersection of Denton Road and Mount Zion Church Road at 7:11 a.m.
Highway Patrol confirmed the accident involved a vehicle and a bicycle. The man riding the bike died and has not yet been identified.
