GREENSBORO, N.C. -- The North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement has charged a Summerfield man for providing alcohol to teenagers who were involved in a wreck in July.
The ALE charged Martin Southard III with three counts of aiding and abetting underage individuals in the purchase of alcohol.
The wreck happened on July 24 and involved two teenagers.
