Greensboro police have identified the man and woman found dead Saturday night at Stonesthrow Apartments.
Caitlin Heath and Eric Johnson Jr., both 21 and from Greensboro, died from gunshot wounds according to police.
Around 7:30 p.m., officers responded to a call for an "unknown problem, subject down."
