PLACES: April 11: North Asheboro Park, 1939 Canoy Drive, Asheboro

April 25: Creekside Park, 214 Park Drive, Archdale

 

PURPOSE: Play Daze is an opportunity for hundreds of young children to enjoy supervised, unstructured play time, where they are free to explore and use materials provided or found in 21 unique play stations. Activities include fort-building, drum circle, mountain climbing, mud play, water play, sand play, fairy gardens and more.

WHY: Free play promotes healthy living, regulates emotions, relieves stress, develops creativity and builds confidence in young children.

NEW FOR 2018: Dance Spark. Children and adults will have the opportunity to explore the expressive language of dance and movement.
