The Rockingham County Sheriff's Office says they were unable to locate anyone firing shots after a call that prompted several schools to go on lockdown.
The lockdown has been lifted at all the schools which included: Rockingham Community College, Wentworth Elementary, Early Middle College, Rockingham County High and Rockingham County Middle schools put on lockdown after gun shots reported off campus, sheriff's office confirms.
