Billy Joel's Long Island home is for sale. He purchased the 14-acre North Shore property in 2002 for nearly $23 million.
Joel's now asking for $49 million for the home.
The property comes with a 20,000-square-foot five-bedroom, eight-bathroom main house offering 180 degrees of elevated water views, an in-ground pool, a floating dock and boat ramp on 2,000 feet of waterfront on Oyster Bay Harbor, a beach house, a bowling alley, several guest homes and apartments.
Joel's home also has a helicopter pad, which he uses to get to and from his monthly Madison Square Garden shows.
